Provision of Services

By checking the "Agree to Terms" box on the electronic registration form or signing the downloaded pdf order form, you agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

Product360 provides you with 360º views of your products as per your instructions on the Order Form.

We will provide you with a quote / invoice for downpayment (usually 50% of the total job cost) prior to the commencement of any works. On receipt of deposit and goods, we will photograph and process images of your product(s) and provide you with a link for viewing the animation proofs. You approve the proofs, provide final payment (balance of total job cost) and the final animation files are made available for you to download. One free re-shoot is included, should you require any adjustments.

Payments are non-refundable.

Our Services will be provided in the way we have explained in our Website. If we are not able to provide Services within seven (7) days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to tell you the likely provision date.

Images and associated files remain the property of Product360 Pty Ltd until payment in full is received.

You are responsible for arranging the delivery and subsequent return / pick-up of your products.

You are responsible for integration of your product animations into your website.

Governing Law : This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The State of Queensland, Australia.

Product360 retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
