  1. Why should I have my products photographed in 360 degrees?
Providing your on-line customers with a better viewing experience will make them more likely to make a purchase, compared with flat product images that can't provide the same level of visual detail. Larger on-line stores are using this technology, can you afford not to?
  2. Does it cost much to have my product photographed?
We only charge a little more than what it costs to have a single photo taken of your product. View our pricing page for details.
  3. Is it complicated?
It's easy. Fill out & send the order form to us, pay a deposit & ship your product(s) to us. We'll generate 360ยบ degree animations of your product(s). You view the proofs, pay the balance and the final animations are made available for you to integrate into your website.
  4. What is the largest object you can photograph?
    Your object dimension should be no larger than 50cm (W) x 50cm (D) x 50cm (H) and no heavier than 10kg.
  5. How does it work?
A number of photographs are taken while your product is rotated with exacting precision. The images are processed to ensure maximum quality, assembled and placed in a player that will allow rotation by your website visitors.
  6. Can my product have a custom background?
Sure. Most products are photographed with a white background to isolate and better promote the product. Other background colours can be added in post production (priced on an hourly rate). Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
  7. Can my product animation be viewed on iPads and iPhones?
Choosing 'HTML+Javascript' format ensures your animation is 100% compatible with nearly all modern browsers browsers. We prefer to output your animation using a player based on HTML + Javascript, meaning that it is not reliant on Adobe Flash technology (which currently does not work on iPads and iPhones).
  8. Can you watermark my images?
Yes. Watermarking makes it less likely for your images to be used elsewhere on the internet. Please provide us with an image file that you would like to use as a watermark - refer to the order form for more details.
  9. Can I do it myself?
Sure. You will need extensive knowledge in photography, lighting set-ups, photo manipulation, web scripting languages (such as HTML and Javascript), Flash and web design, and some spare time to put it all together.
  10. Can you also take still product photos for use on my website?
Yes. We can also provide you with still photographs for your website. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
