The Process

1. Contact Product360 regarding your product and requirements. We need to know:
   • your details
   • your product type(s), dimensions and weight
   • preferred final animation dimensions, eg. 150px(W) x 100px (H)
   • watermarking requirements
   • shipping (delivery & return) arrangements
   • payment details
   Download a copy of our order form and get started today.
2. We will provide you with a quote / invoice for payment.
3. Arrange to ship / deliver your products to our premises, in conjunction with a deposit of 50% (payable by EFT - We will forward bank details ).
4. We will photograph and process images of your product and provide you with a download link for viewing the animation proofs.
5. You approve the proofs, provide final payment and the final animation files are made available for you to download. One free re-shoot is included, should you require adjustments to the initial proofs.
6. You arrange for return / pick-up of your products.
7. You can then integrate your product animations into your website. We can offer a free tutorial to assist you, should this be required.
